The first book is "Beyond the Square: Crochet Motifs" by Edie Eckman. Wow, this looks beautiful and it is filled with so many great ideas. Move over granny!
The second book is "Sweet Needle Felts" by Jenn Docherty. I have never done felting before, but it looks like something I might like to add to my Counterpoint Corner. I started a board on Pinterest to collect ideas. I've got a soft spot for a needle felted bunny.
My sister planted the felting seed in my mind with a Christmas gift of beautiful wool roving from Dragonfly Dyewerks, Alberta. Isn't it beautiful! I'm thinking about making felted pussy willows like Betz White...check it out they are adorable.
